In consideration of my participation in the all woman amateur boxing tournament
and connected activities, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives,
executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the Queen of the ring boxing tournament Queen of the ring Amateur Boxing, their members, its officers, agents, and employees from any cause of action, claims or demands of any nature whatsoever, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns may now have, or have in the future against
all parties on account of personal injury, property damage, death or accident of any kind, including any act or omission of any third party (rescue squad, hospital, etc...), arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in any and all Queen of the ring Boxing Tournament activities, whether that participation is supervised or unsupervised, howsoever the injury or damage is caused. I agree
myself and heirs, distribute, guardians, legal representatives, and assign that, in the event that any claims for personal injury, death or property damage shall not be prosecuted against the Queen of the ring Boxing Tournament, Queen of the ring Boxing their members, officers, employees, or agents, I shall indemnify and hold harmless the Queen of the ring Boxing Tournament their members, officers, employees, or agents from any and all such claims or causes of action by whoever made and
wherever presented. I agree to abide by the rules of the Queen of the ring Boxing Tournament . If I observe any unusual, significant violations or hazards during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately. I fully understand that I assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that I may incur in the boxing bout.
I understand and agree that medical or other services rendered to me by or at the insistence of any of the named parties are not an admission of liability. To provide, or continue to provide, any such services and is not a waiver by any of said parties of any right or rights hereunder.
I certify that I have had no injuries to my hands, neither fractures nor broken bones, within three (3)months preceding the dates of this entry form, and know of no other injuries to the head, concussion, fainting spells, and will notify boxing officials immediately should any of these injuries and conditions be experienced in the future.
In addition, I also understand participation in sports carries a risk to me of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept, and assume this risk.
FEMALE BOXERS ONLY: I further certify that I am not pregnant, or have any painful pelvic
discomfort such as symptomatic endometriosis or other causes, abnormal vaginal bleeding of undetermined causes (Etiology), recent loss of menstrual period (second amenorrhea), recently developed breast mass, recent breast dysfunction previously not present or surgical breast implants, and have read the Official Rules pertaining to my present
condition.
I have carefully read this Release of Liability. I fully understand its contents, I am aware that this is a release of liability. I sign of my own free will.

RULES OF QUEEN OF THE RING BOXING
1) All bouts shall be scheduled for no more than then (4) rounds with each round lasting one (1) minutes. One (2) minute between rounds. 2) Female boxers shall use NO facial cosmetics and have their hair secured with soft and non-abrasive materials. 3) The weight classes shall be the same or Close to the same weight. 4) Female boxers can wear breast protectors they shall wear head and groin protectors that are both properly fitted and a mouthpiece is also required
5)Glove size: Females boxers shall use 24oz., gloves that properly fitted.
You cannot hit below the belt, hold, trip, kick, head butt, wrestle, bite, spit on, or push your opponent.
You cannot hit with your head, shoulder, forearm, or elbow.
You cannot hit with an open glove, the inside of the glove, the wrist, the backhand, or the side of the hand.
You cannot punch your opponent's back, or the back of his head or neck (rabbit punch), or on the kidneys (kidney punch).
You cannot throw a punch while holding on to the ropes to gain leverage.
You can't hold your opponent and hit him at the same time, or duck so low that your head is below your opponent's belt line.
When the referee breaks you from a clinch, you have to take a full step back; you cannot immediately hit your opponent--that's called "hitting on the break" and is illegal.
You cannot spit out your mouthpiece on purpose to get a rest.
If you score a knockdown of your opponent, you must go to the farthest neutral corner while the referee makes the count.
If you "floor" your opponent, you cannot hit him when he's on the canvas.
A floored boxer has up to ten seconds to get back up on his feet before losing the bout by knockout.
A boxer who is knocked down cannot be saved by the bell in any round
A boxer who is hit with an accidental low blow has up to Two minutes to recover. If s/he cannot continue after five minutes, s/he is considered knocked out.
If four rounds have been completed, the judges' scorecards are tallied and the fighter who is ahead on points is awarded a technical decision. If the scores are even, it will be called a "technical draw."
If a boxer is knocked out of the ring, he gets a count of 20 to get back in and on his feet. He cannot be assisted.
A standing Ten-count, also known as a protection count, occurs when the referee stops the action and gives an eight-count to a boxer who has not been knocked down but appears hurt. During this time, the referee will determine if the boxer is fit to continue.
When scoring a fight, a standing eight-count is considered the same as a knockdown.
Standing eight-counts are standard procedure in all amateur bouts.
